DAMAC Properties recently launched high-end boutique villas in two of its AKOYA developments.

Both Kensington Boutique Villas at AKOYA Oxygen and Beverly Hills Boutique Villas at AKOYA provide a sophisticated way of life. The Kensington villas were inspired by London and defined by manicured outdoor spaces, bursts of colorful flora and grand architecture. The Beverly Hills villas were inspired by the Californian lifestyle and feature wide open spaces, along with a choice of golf or park views.

“Kensington Boutique Villas offer a serviced luxury living experience in the upcoming AKOYA Oxygen community for those who prefer convenience and stress-free services to complement their home,” Niall McLoughlin,
senior vice president of DAMAC Properties, said. “Following the same concept, Beverly Hills Boutique Villas at AKOYA by DAMAC are available in a variety of configurations and sizes, with an array of tailor-made services to help you get the most out of your luxury living experience. This unique collection of villas is complemented by one of the best golfing lifestyles in one of the most exclusive golf clubs in the emirate – the Trump International Golf Club, Dubai.”

Kensington Boutique Villas start at $367,500, payable over three and a half years. The Beverly Hills Boutique Villas will be available later this year.
