DAMAC Properties recently announced the launch of a new villa
concept within its AKOYA golf course community in Dubai.

The new XV Villas design
features “inverted” floor plans that provide elevated views across the lake and
golf course.

XV Villas at AKOYA come with first-floor living spaces that
open to an infinity pool, which in turn flow like a waterfall to the ground
floor pool. DAMAC Properties believes the contemporary villas provide the
ultimate in luxury and serenity, and will be a highly anticipated golf course
community in Dubai.

“Today’s
investors are very selective and demand homes that suit their lifestyle and
offer the most convenience in a beautiful setting,” Ziad El Chaar, managing
director of DAMAC Properties, said. “We conceptualized this design after
drawing on the key features that distinguish luxury properties from the rest
and ensure they are put to maximum use. In XV Villas at AKOYA, we have
redesigned the villa “as we know it” and introduced a new concept and layout
that investors will find attractive and exclusive, whilst enjoying green spaces
and the tranquil sounds of nature.”

The XV
Villas are within the 18-hole, par 71 championships course and benefit
from the community’s amenities – a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse, luxurious spa
and wellness facilities, luxury shopping and entertainment, world-class dining,
an outdoor cinema, as well as schools and nurseries.
