A new

luxury hotel and apartment project has opened in the center of the Burj area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Christened NAIA Breeze, the project has 342 units and features five-star service standards. It’s scenic all around, overlooking the canal on one side and with a view of the world’s tallest tower on the other.

Officials from DAMAC Hotels & Resorts, of which the NAIA brand is an offshoot, said more hotels that will serve the area around the Al Maktoum International Airport will open over the next couple of years.

“The Dubai Metro is to be extended 15 kilometers, adding seven new stops on the way to Dubai World Central and driving real estate valuations in the area up buy as much as 25 percent,”

DAMAC Properties Senior Vice President Niall McLoughlin said. “Construction on NAIA Tenora is progressing well and is set to be handed over to owners at the start of 2016.”

DAMAC Properties is also working on NAIA Celestia, which is set to open in 2017. That project will be located in the center of Dubai World Central and will feature its own retail area.

“NAIA Celestia is the jewel in the crown development in the area,” McLoughlin said. “Luxury five-star standard services and furnishings will create a luxurious atmosphere within a key location of new Dubai.”
