DAMAC Properties unveiled plans for AKOYA Imagine, a group of homes designed for young couples and families.

Set within the AKOYA Oxygen master development in Dubai, AKOYA Imagine’s colorful villas are designed as the perfect residence or vacation home.

In the first phase, three-bedroom villas will be released with starting prices of AED 1.2 million, spread out over a three-year payment plan. These homes will be free of service charges for five years and went on sale July 9 in Dubai at DAMAC Maison Canal Views, Al Abraj Street. The initial sales offering runs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

AKOYA Imagine is a contemporary, relaxed neighborhood with indoor and outdoor spaces designed to blend function and relaxation. Interior areas are are open, airy and colorful. The homes are set along an international golf course.

“AKOYA Imagine is targeted towards a new type of buyer – young, professional and savvy to the lifestyle and financial benefits of buying in an international golf course community,” Ziad El Chaar, Managing Director, DAMAC Properties, said. “This type of community is proven to consistently yield higher returns than a purely residential one and there is a limited supply in Dubai. Combined with the Tiger Woods Design element, a villa in AKOYA Imagine presents a very lucrative investment, not to mention an extremely attractive home.”

AKOYA Oxygen, a 55-million-square-foot master development, is home to the 18-hole championship golf course by Tiger Woods Design.
