Danube Properties launched its Glitz 3 apartment-complex project on Monday, the latest addition to the firm’s growing portfolio of properties.

This is the fourth property announced within the past year, attributable to the increasing demand from investors for residential apartments in Dubai.

“Followed by the phenomenal success and 100 percent sell-out of Glitz 1 & 2, Glitz 3 provides a vibrant example of urban upscale community living that offers exceptional value across all aspects,” Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group, said. “Ideal for families and professionals, our project stands out for its high standard of finishes and amenities. The location, catering to the urban upscale community, has been deliberately chosen to appeal to our potential investors and buyers. We are confident the new project will set another benchmark of excellence for Danube.

“We are delighted with the great response that the first sales event for Glitz’s residential units had generated, firmly consolidating our pioneering status in the industry,” Sajan, a nonresident Indian entrepreneur, said. “Due to limited inventory, a lot of the potential buyers have been patiently waiting for this launch. Initial response for Glitz 3 has been overwhelming, and we are extremely optimistic that the response will be just as encouraging. Danube has always been known to work tirelessly to provide the highest-level quality and services possible, and the launch of our fourth project in under a year will be a further realization of that vision.”
