DEWA announces participation in GITEX Global 2025 with focus on AI-driven solutions

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has announced its participation in the 45th edition of GITEX Global 2025, which will be held from October 13 to 17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. DEWA plans to present its latest digital services and innovations that are designed to advance government operations and improve stakeholder satisfaction. The organization’s stand, located at A40 in Hall H18, will also highlight transformative projects from Digital DEWA, as well as artificial intelligence-driven solutions developed by its subsidiaries Moro Hub, Digital X, and InfraX.

“Following the wise directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and in alignment with ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision, and the UAE Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, we support the efforts of the emirate of Dubai to build new bridges of outstanding co-operation aimed at enhancing the power of innovation and paving the way towards a sustainable, prosperous and secure digital future. During GITEX Global, we annually review our pivotal role in enhancing the UAE government’s achievements in the field of innovation, technology and digital readiness, and our efforts to consolidate the country’s leading position in global competitiveness indicators related to eliminating government bureaucracy and developing proactive solutions that improve people’s lives,” said HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA.

According to Al Tayer, DEWA will showcase more than 30 innovative projects and initiatives at GITEX 2025 that use generative AI and advanced technologies. These projects are intended to promote sustainability, enhance customer experience, and achieve high levels of customer happiness.

Visitors to DEWA’s stand at GITEX can participate in interactive activities for a chance to win instant prizes. Additionally, customers who used DEWA’s digital services between August 1 and September 30 will be automatically entered into an annual competition during the exhibition, with opportunities to win valuable prizes.
