DEWA CEO marks 54th Eid Al Etihad with tribute to UAE leadership

HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has issued a statement marking the 54th Eid Al Etihad. In his message, Al Tayer congratulated UAE leaders and residents on the occasion.

“I am honoured to extend my heartfelt congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE; His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; Their Highnesses, the Members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates; Their Highnesses, the Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers; and to all citizens and residents of the UAE, on the occasion of the 54th Eid Al Etihad of our beloved country. On this glorious day in 1971, the UAE flag was raised by the Founding Fathers, may their souls rest in peace, signalling the birth of a nation united in solidarity, determination and unwavering will. The UAE embarked on a pioneering journey of development and achievement, which our wise leadership continues to advance with a vision that not only anticipates the future but also shapes it. The UAE has become a global model of leadership and empowerment, and an influential hub for sustainable development and future readiness,” said HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer.

He further highlighted DEWA’s commitment to supporting national progress: “At DEWA, we get strength and inspiration from the spirit of the Union to continue the journey of giving and excellence that the Founding Fathers began. We work to realise the vision of our wise leadership through ambitious projects and initiatives that contribute to enhancing the UAE’s pioneering position in sustainability, innovation and global competitiveness.
