DEWA to offer prizes at GITEX Global 2025 to promote digital services

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) will offer prizes to visitors who engage with its digital services at GITEX Global 2025. The event will take place from October 13 to 17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. DEWA’s stand, located at A40 in Hall H18, will feature interactive activities and raffles aimed at promoting the use of digital services and encouraging customers to reduce their carbon footprint.

The stand will also highlight projects by Digital DEWA, which have contributed to DEWA’s position as a leading digital utility. The latest artificial intelligence solutions from DEWA’s subsidiaries Moro Hub, InfraX, and DigitalX will also be showcased.

Visitors participating in the interactive activities at the stand can win one of 30 instant prizes. Customers who used DEWA’s smart services via its website or app between August 1 and September 30 are eligible for 40 exclusive vouchers and entry into the annual GITEX draw. The eligible services include activating electricity or water accounts, registering for the Green Charger initiative for electric vehicles, charging electric vehicles, joining the Shams Dubai solar programme, responding to technical notifications through Smart Response, enabling Away Mode, using the Consumption Assessment Tool, making transactions via Rammas powered by generative AI GPT, and setting up auto payment through DubaiNow.
