Deyaar Development PJSC, a major property developer and real
estate service company in the United Arab Emirates, will take part in the Dubai
Property Show in Mumbai Dec. 9-11.

The event was created to meet
growing demands from Indians looking to invest in Dubai. UAE’s
government is keen to promote its assets in India.

“This is Deyaar’s second year participating in the Dubai Property
Show in Mumbai,” Deyaar CEO Saeed Al Qatami said. “As
Deyaar builds a strong and sustainable business, India is an important market
for us, and we are scaling our brand in the real-estate industry there.”

Al Qatami stated that his company is proud to have been
invited by Dubai’s Land Department to set up shop
at the event. The opportunity allows Deyaar to showcase its developments to a
discerning group of investors and buyers.

“In particular, we are expecting
significant investor and buyer interest for The Mont Rose and Midtown which,
together, form a core part of our residential portfolio in Dubai,” he said. “We are looking forward to the
opportunity to showcase our developments at the Dubai Property Show.”
