The second Made in China exhibition in Doha takes place Nov. 15-18 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.

This year’s expo is in a larger space and features more Chinese companies since the first expo — held last year — was such a success.

Qatar Chamber (QC) Director General Saleh Al Sharqi said the event is a trade fair and B2B-B2G exchange platform for all countries in the Middle East and Africa, and featuring mid to high-end goods and solutions in fields of Chinese architecture, science and technology.

The event is co-organized by Qatar Chamber and China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges of the Ministry of Commerce.

Al Sharqi said that 2016 is the year of Qatar-China culture year and that the culture exchange between the two countries will enhance the economic and business relations between the two countries.

Last year’s expo featured more than 100 major Chinese companies. This year’s version will also host a forum for investment and trade between the two countries.
