du and Emirates NBD have introduced the UAE’s first cloud-native enterprise voice solution, called Emirates NBD Next Gen Voice, at GITEX Global 2025. The platform is designed to help businesses conduct outbound customer engagement campaigns with a focus on security and scalability.

The new communication system allows companies to deliver personalized messages such as service updates, real-time alerts, surveys, and marketing offers across various channels including voice, text, and mobile. It uses next-generation telecommunications architecture to provide these services.

Emirates NBD chose du’s solution to improve its customer engagement while meeting the strict security and compliance standards of the banking industry. According to the announcement, “The solution delivers comprehensive advantages that transform enterprise communications: enabling proactive campaign execution across multiple channels with unprecedented reach and effectiveness, while providing next-generation security and reliability that ensures compliance and business continuity for mission-critical banking operations.”

du highlighted that this technology enables rapid adjustments in capacity without large infrastructure investments. It also streamlines operations through automation and integration, which helps reduce inbound queries and increases agent productivity. As stated in the release, “Ultimately, it enhances customer experience by enabling timely, personalised communications across preferred channels, driving higher satisfaction and loyalty.”

This launch continues the partnership between du and Emirates NBD. In 2024, they worked together on deploying Business SD-WAN solutions. Both organizations have emphasized their commitment to ongoing innovation and digital transformation.
