The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry was honored with the Best Result for the Customer Satisfaction award and the Innovative Idea award at the 19th session of the Dubai Government Excellence Program held Tuesday

at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The Dubai chamber was first in Customer Satisfaction, with a score of 95.9 percent, the highest score ever recorded in the category. The award emphasizes the Dubai chamber’s commitment to providing the best customer experience possible. The chamber has won the Customer Satisfaction award in five of the past seven years.

The Dubai Chamber took home the Innovative Idea award for its continuous efforts to promote innovation in its business community. The award was won due to the Dubai Innovation Index, launched in 2015, along with PwC, which supports UAE’s innovative vision and promotes Dubai’s venture in becoming the smartest city in the world by 2021.
