Dubai Electricity and Water Authority holds Excellence Motivational Session

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has organized an Excellence Motivational Session for its staff.

The Corporate Excellence department of DEWA’s Strategy and Business Development division organized the session, which was attended by Vice President of Corporate Excellence

Marwan Alzaabi and various department heads and staff.

The session covered ways to further instill excellence across all departments and staff. It highlighted the mechanism for implementing the New Excellence Wave, which the company has launched this year to enhance a number of its programs and initiatives that promote corporate excellence among staff across all departments and areas of work.

Alzaabi noted that the company adopts international best practices across its operations and is committed to instilling a culture of corporate excellence among all its staff, partners and stakeholders. He emphasized DEWA’s commitment to engage its staff in supporting its journey towards excellence. This supports Dubai government’s vision and the Dubai Government Excellence Program’s objectives.

A large number of staff took part in the Excellence Motivational Session. It concluded with a question-and-answer session on DEWA’s strategy and plans in corporate excellence.
