Dubai Health Authority receives ISO certification for business continuity

The Dubai
Health Authority (DHA) recently announced that it received ISO certification
2012/22301 for business continuity.

 

Humaid Al
Qatami, chairman of the board and director general of the DHA, stated in a
press release that the main goal of DHA will continue to be customer
satisfaction. This goal drives the authority to innovate its services. Al
Qatami noted that the organization has received a multitude of ISO
accreditations recently, a fact that makes the DHA one of the largest
international accredited medical networks.

 

The press
release noted that DHA also received international accreditation for 10 primary
health care centers, a distinction given by the Joint Commission International
(JCI). The centers to receive accreditation recently are the Primary Health
Care Centres in Nad Al Hamar, Al Badaa, Al Barsha, Al Khawaneej, Al Safa, Al
Twar, Al Mizhar, Al Mankhool, Al Mamzar and Al Lissaily.

 

Additionally,
DHA health centers received certifications in quality management, environmental
management systems, occupational safety and health management systems, social
responsibility, customer satisfaction and complaints management system.
