Dubai Land Department has entered into a strategic partnership with Emirates NBD to advance the real estate ecosystem and deliver innovative customer solutions. The collaboration aims to streamline mechanisms for real estate transaction registration and enhance efficiency in the sector.

The agreement, formalized through a memorandum of cooperation, will see both parties working together to improve transparency, efficiency, and trust within Dubai’s real estate market. This initiative is expected to attract international investors by strengthening confidence in the emirate’s dynamic property sector.

His Excellency Omar Hamad BuShehab, Director General of Dubai Land Department, stated: “We are continuously working to develop innovative solutions that place the customer at the centre of the real estate ecosystem and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and market transparency.” He emphasized that this partnership aligns with the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033.

Hesham Abdulla Al Qassim, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Emirates NBD, commented: “This partnership with Dubai Land Department represents a significant milestone in our commitment to innovation and delivering customer-focused solutions.”
