Hoping to boost the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates, the Dubai-based property-listing portal YZER Property is offering brokers unlimited free listings for one year.

“Due to the high costs associated with listing on property portals, many brokers in the UAE limit their inventory, resulting in a narrow choice for buyers and leasers,” YZER PR Director Tatiana Vishnevskaya said. “Moreover, consumers are faced with the challenge of navigating through low-quality listings on multiple websites to search for the right properties.”

Brokers will be given access to a customer relationship management system that could help streamline their internal processes. Property buyers, leasers and inventors will be able to compare prices and features of UAE properties.

“We are upbeat that this will enable realty buyers and leasers to browse through genuine and unique inventory to find their dream homes, offices or shops,” Vishnevskaya said.

The listing platform is available in 12 languages, including English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, French and Russian.
