EarthCheck recently presented the coveted EarthCheck Design
Certification award to DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts. 

The
certification is a rare award for a hospitality project in the Middle East
region, and is noteworthy due to EarthCheck’s international recognition as a leading scientific benchmarking, certification and advisory group for travel
and tourism.

“Achieving the EarthCheck Design Certification is a
significant highlight in the project’s journey and reaffirms that DAMAC Towers
by Paramount Hotels & Resorts adheres to the highest possible science-based
standards,” Ziad El Chaar, managing director of DAMAC Properties, said. “The
project continues to make progress with superstructure works 100 percent completed and
facade works 85 percent completed for all towers, and we are on track for completion
next year. From the design phase, through to construction and
thereafter, the entire property complies with sustainability principles and
best practices, ensuring safety for residents and tourists and reduced impact
on the environment and making the property a great place to stay, visit, live and
work in.”

DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts is a desirable
four-tower hotel and residential complex made of 1,200 condominiums in three
different towers. The complex is located in central Burj area, Dubai. Residents
of the area will be pleased with the luxurious lifestyle and amenities. The
fourth tower will be home to the 823 guest rooms and suites Paramount Hotel.
