The East Chamber recently organized an expanded meeting, inviting Eastern Province owners and managers of recruiting offices alike.

The meeting took place on Monday, April 18, at the main headquarters of the Chamber Dammam.

The topic of the meeting focused on the difficulties the recruiting sector currently faces. In addition, the meeting included the achievements and the future of the sector, as well as the committee views regarding the future and difficulties. The committee shared its goals when it comes to the development and promotion of the recruiting sector.

The meeting was part of the recruiting committee activities for 2016, called to encourage discussions on the most important issues revolving around the recruiting sector. Also on the agenda for the meeting were recruiting office concerns and the proper labor procedures, especially when it comes to training newly recruited workers and introducing them to the kingdom’s rules, morals and traditions.

Mohammed Al-Muhammadi, chairman of the Chamber of Recruiting, engaged owners and managers of the recruiting offices about civil authorities in the country. This coincided with the committee’s plan to review the achievements of the sector and provide solutions for the problems.
