Emaar has announced plans to launch Dubai Mansions, an ultra-luxury residential community adjacent to Dubai Hills Estate. The development will offer a limited number of mansions, each ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet. According to the company, these homes are designed for clients seeking privacy and exclusivity.

Mohamed Alabbar, Founder of Emaar, stated: “There’s a kind of luxury that isn’t loud. It doesn’t need validation or volume. It comes from authenticity, from knowing that what you’re creating is for people who understand value beyond price. That’s what this community represents.”

Dubai Mansions aims to set new standards in architecture and design by focusing on space and craftsmanship. The residences will feature expansive plots and detailed landscaping while being located near amenities such as golf courses, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and retail destinations like Dubai Hills Mall.

The project targets global buyers interested in high-end real estate in Dubai. Emaar says the enclave is intended as both a residence and a destination associated with quality similar to leading international luxury brands.

Emaar Development PJSC has been responsible for developing several large-scale communities across Dubai since 2002 and has delivered over 76,000 residential units during this period. The company currently has more than 43,500 units under development.
