Emaar Hospitality Group recently opened Address Boulevard, a hotel blending the characteristics of a resort and city hotel, in central Dubai.
The five-star hotel provides views of Burj Khalifa from its 196 rooms, which include deluxe rooms and club rooms, one and two-bedroom suites and a presidential suite. Additionally, there are 532 serviced apartments, including duplexes and penthouses.
The interior of the hotel features art installations by 48 artists. Guests have access to a fitness center, spa, pools, club lounge, venues for events and elegant dining spaces with the hotel’s signature restaurant reflecting a homely atmosphere. There is also a Qix club, which provides a nurturing environment for children ages 3 to 12.
The hotel is located close to a number of destinations including the Dubai International Airport, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai Opera and the Dubai Mall.
