Emaar, a prominent real estate developer, has announced its latest project, the Grand Polo Club & Resort. This development features luxury villa communities centered around polo and equestrian activities. The resort covers 5.54 million square meters and is located near the upcoming expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport.
The development includes 22 villa communities with over 6,600 residences. At its heart is “The Green Core,” which comprises three polo fields, private stables, a riding school, and a clubhouse. A spokesperson from Emaar Development stated that “The Green Core was created to foster a harmonious environment that emphasizes the beauty of the exclusive equestrian experiences it offers.”
Open spaces in the resort total 1.59 million square meters and include pedestrian and cycling networks, riding trails, meadows, and pastures. The polo fields and stables cover 340,000 square meters combined.
The Clubhouse offers luxury amenities with custom-made clay breeze blocks inspired by horseshoes on its façades. It features a rooftop infinity pool overlooking the fields and various food and beverage options.
The Stables are designed with spiral geometric control around a landscaped courtyard with a water feature. They can accommodate 180 horses and include a members’ lounge.
Residences at Grand Polo Club & Resort range from three to five-bedroom villas with views of natural landscapes or proximity to amenities like parks and meadows.
This new community aims to celebrate polo heritage while offering luxurious living experiences. As described by Emaar Development’s spokesperson: “Circular elements were used to convey expansiveness… creating a playful inviting scenery.”
Emaar continues to develop prime residential areas in Dubai as part of its ongoing commitment to luxury living.
