Enshaa begins handover of luxurious D1 Tower Apartments

Enshaa PSC recently started the handover of D1 Tower Apartments.

The building has more than 500 apartments, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, that combine Middle Eastern culture with modern construction. Residents can use facilities such as male and female spas, a gym and a 24-hour concierge services.

“We are committed to work with the very best architects, interior designers and craftsmen to bring to the market a residential landmark that will set standards,” Enshaa CEO Raza Jafar said. “We select and incorporate international technology and design excellence to create significant real estate value, delivering a 284-meter residential tower that leads the market in terms of desirability, durability and quality.”

The residence is on Cultural Village, between Business Bay Crossing and Al Garhoud Bridge, in the heart of Dubai and 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

“D1 Tower is one of the first developments completed in Culture Village, paving the way for many more exciting projects that will be launched in the near future, and will bring life to what is anticipated to become a central destination in the heart of Dubai, offering various developments to answer the diversified needs of the city,” Dubai Properties Group CEO Abdullatif Al Mulla said.
