Global research and management consulting company Great Place to Work Institute recently recognized mobile broadband Internet communications company Ericsson as the second-best place to work in Saudi Arabia.

“At Ericsson, we believe in people as a priority,” Ali Eid, president of Ericsson in Saudi Arabia, said. “We always strive to provide the best professional environment that will allow our employees to flourish and we are extremely proud to receive the title of one of the best places to work for in [the country] as a result.”

The 2015 rankings were determined by the institute using anonymous surveys completed by company employees. Two-thirds of each company’s score was based on answers on those surveys, while other criteria includes pay and benefit programs, hiring practices, credibility of management, company communication, and employees’ job satisfaction.
