Etihad Airways teams up with Ten Group

Etihad Airways has teamed with leading global concierge service provider Ten Group to attend to guests travelling to The Residence by Etihad.

Travelers will receive personalized treatment from a concierge team that will provide access to services including dining reservations, entertainment bookings, special events, destination information and lifestyle services.

“We have chosen to collaborate with a provider possessing the global reach and expertise which meet the demands and expectations of our most discerning guests. With the launch of the Etihad Lifestyle Concierge, in partnership with Ten Group, we are taking luxury airline travel to levels never experienced before,” Etihad Airways’ Chief Commercial Officer Peter Baumgartner said.

Ten Group works in serving the needs of the affluent in 22 languages from its offices located in major commercial centers including New York, San Francisco, Miami, Sao Paulo, Mumbai, Mexico City, Cape Town, London, Brussels, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Melbourne and Dubai.
