Etihad Cargo is providing a special transport service for luxury car owners traveling to Europe this summer.

The freight division of Etihad Airways is offering 20 percent off air cargo costs for first and business class passengers traveling from Abu Dhabi to select European destinations through Sept. 30. These destinations include London, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan, Geneva, Munich, Dusseldorf, Zurich, Manchester, Berlin and Frankfurt.

The cars of passengers will be transported in the bellyhold of Eithad’s aircraft.

Passengers will benefit from door-to-door delivery service and hotel accommodation.

Etihad Cargo transported hundreds of vehicles last summer and expects to transport even more with additional aircraft this time around. Among the luxury car brands that have been transported in the past are Porsche, Lamborghini and Ferrari.

“We have several years of experience in transporting vehicles for manufacturers to luxury car markets around the world and will aim to provide a first class service for those clients who are looking to take their vehicles with them to Europe during the Summer,” Etihad Cargo Senior VP David Kerr said.
