Fadi Qassim has been named the new CEO of Saudi Arabian real estate development company Ewaan Global Residential Company.

“Ewaan has developed a clear strategic vision for improving the housing situation in the kingdom, and I am humbled by the board’s trust in me to realize that vision,” Qassim said. “We are determined to increase our role in enriching the local market by providing high-quality housing at affordable prices so that everyone in the local community can have a home of their own.”

Qassim has spent more than two decades in the fields of real estate development, investments and corporate and project management. He previously was the director of business development and asset management at Bahrain’s International Investment Bank.

“Engineer Fadi is already considered one of the most influential figures at Ewaan as he has made important contributions to making us the leader in Saudi real estate development,” Ewaan Global Residential Company Chairman Abdullah Ashy said. “As he was an active board member, he has accumulated the knowledge and experience to lead Ewaan through its next phase of success and further growth.”

Qassim will replace Riyadh Al-Thagafi, who served as CEO for four years.
