ExtraSpace, a 23,000-square-foot, fully air-conditioned self-storage facility, recently opened in Al Quoz, Dubai, with 268 storage units available.

To celebrate the opening of the facility, the company is offering discounts of up to 50 percent off storage rates.

“The UAE is a global hub for highly mobile professionals and fast-growing businesses, which makes it an excellent market for world-class storage facilities like ExtraSpace Self-Storage,” Ayman Chihabi, CEO of ExtraSpace Self Storage, said. ” Today in Dubai, personal warehousing and storage facilities are scarce or fully booked, and you will find a huge variance in quality of service. Therefore, there is a huge unmet need in Dubai for self-storage services.”

ExtraSpace services also have been listed on MoveSouq.com, which allows users to connect with companies that can aid in the moving process, including storage facilities and movers.

“At MoveSouq.com, we continuously search for professional companies to whom we recommend our clients,” MoveSouq.com CEO Bana Shomali said. “We are extremely excited to work with ExtraSpace Self Storage, given that they offer fantastic value for money for our clients.”
