The Ministry of Finance delegation, led by His Excellency Mr. Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Finance, took part in the opening session of the AlUla Conference for Emerging Market Economies. The conference is taking place on February 16 and 17 in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. This annual event is organized by the Saudi Ministry of Finance and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). It gathers finance ministers, central bank governors, policymakers from emerging markets, as well as leaders from various sectors and academia.

The conference provides a platform to exchange views on economic developments at domestic, regional, and global levels. Discussions focus on policies and reforms that aim to foster inclusive prosperity and build resilience through international cooperation.
