Aldar Properties PJSC, a leading listed property development, management and investment company in Abu Dhabi,  launched the first sales phase  of  its Nareel Island development, consisting of 32 land plots, last week.

The sale came about after the company held a successful first-phase off-market sale. Emiratis demanded similar sales throughout the UAE.

Nareel Island is a master-planned community in Abu Dhabi for Emiratis.

Nareel Island is near central Abu Dhabi’s exclusive Al Bateen region, the Arabian Gulf, the Etihad Towers and the Emirates Palace. The entire Nareel Island development is spread over two islands, consisting of 148 villa plots, most of which have direct waterfront access. All of the land plots allow Emiratis to personalize their homes to their own tastes and needs.

“We are pleased to launch the public sales phase of Nareel Island following the strong demand we saw in the off-market sales period,” Aldar Properties CEO Mohammad Al Mubarak said. “The exceptional location of Nareel Island in the heart of Abu Dhabi makes it a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Emiratis who are looking to build homes for themselves and future generations. We are confident that it will continue to see strong demand over the coming sales phases.”
