First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is participating as a platinum sponsor at Tawdheef X Zaheb 2025, which runs from November 18 to 20 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. The event is recognized as a key platform for career empowerment and talent development among Emirati youth and professionals, bringing together employers, educational institutions, and job seekers.

Tawdheef X Zaheb is held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence. The event aims to foster direct engagement between national talent and industry leaders to support employment growth, upskilling, and innovation in the UAE.

FAB’s presence at the event will focus on the theme “Empowering Every Dimension of Life.” The bank’s stand features six zones that highlight opportunities in careers, wellness, team spirit, cultural identity, entrepreneurship, and social contribution. Visitors can participate in interactive activities such as a digital journey map designed to help develop skills and community connections.

The bank will also showcase elements of Emirati culture with live calligraphy by artist Ismael Al Hosani and traditional bracelet-making by Talli embroidery artisan Shaqha. Several Emirati-led brands—including Sheen Tea, Bridle Bean, Pearl.byh, and Tali Bracelets—will be featured as part of FAB’s ongoing support for local entrepreneurs.

FAB will present its flagship Emiratisation programmes during the event:

– Bedaya: A pre-graduate initiative targeting university students with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
– Ethraa: A graduate hiring programme offering structured development for recent graduates.
– Management Trainee Programme: An accelerated track for top-tier graduates aiming for middle management roles through an 18-24 month journey.

The bank’s stand includes an area dedicated to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. FAB will also host a VIP Majlis for discussions with government officials, industry partners, and youth about future workforce needs.

Noora Al Reyasi, Chief Human Resources Officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank said: “At First Abu Dhabi Bank, we are proud to support the ambitions of Emiratis at every stage of their career, from graduation through to leadership roles. Tawdheef × Zaheb is a valuable opportunity to engage with the next generation, reaffirming our commitment to empowering national talent, investing in their growth, and equipping them with the skills for the future. We believe Emirati youth are the driving force behind the UAE’s ongoing development and success, leading it toward promising horizons.”
