First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) announced on March 20 the launch of a new initiative aimed at supporting the nation’s frontline personnel. The program is designed to recognize and assist those who serve and safeguard communities across the United Arab Emirates.
The initiative seeks to ease everyday pressures for frontline workers by providing them with dedicated financial support and priority banking services. FAB said the goal is to enable these individuals to focus on their essential roles in protecting the nation, while ensuring they have access to practical assistance both now and in the future.
As part of the program, FAB will offer greater financial flexibility, easier access to services, and a more seamless banking experience for frontline staff. The bank is also introducing priority services at 20 branches located near key workplaces, along with fast-tracked contact centre support for quicker assistance when needed most.
Futoon Hamdan AlMazrouei, Group Head of Personal, Business, Wealth and Privileged Client Banking at FAB, said: “Frontline heroes serve our nation with commitment, and a deep sense of responsibility every day. With this initiative, and as we mark Eid, a time of unity, reflection, and shared values and as a bank rooted in the UAE, we stand beside them, delivering meaningful support that eases everyday pressures and makes a real difference not only in their lives, but in the strength and resilience of the communities they protect. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to supporting those who serve, ensuring they have access to the assistance they need, today and over the long term.”
FAB reiterated its appreciation for frontline personnel’s dedication to community safety. The bank stated it remains committed to providing accessible and responsive banking support tailored for those serving on the front lines.
