Flydubai selects Mindtree as strategic technology partner

Mindtree, a digital transformation and technology services company, announced a strategic partnership with Flydubai, aiming to improve the digital experience for travelers.

Mindtree will focus on transforming Flydubai’s information technology to support passenger sales and service systems, including services such as electronic ticketing and real-time baggage tracking.The agreement will also extend to other strategic business areas such as revenue management, target monitoring, ancillary revenue and operational optimization.

Flydubai has a fleet of 49 new Next-Generation Boeing 737-800 aircrafts operating to more than 90 destinations across Africa, Caucasus, Central Asia, Europe, the GCC and the Middle East.

“We are committed to Flydubai’s goal of treating each passenger not just as a routine traveller but as a customer to be engaged and served across a full range of touch points,” Mindtree President and COO Parthasarathy N.S. said. “Mindtree will work with Flydubai to digitize their value chain, hone operations and create remarkable experiences for each traveller before, during and after their journey.”
