Based on the success of its first franchise in Dubai, Nice-based Mambo Pizza will add sixty more franchise units over the next five years, according to its CEO Mihaela Meuleman.

Mambo has retained Francorp Middle East of Dubai to lead its franchise expansion. Initial franchise fees are AED 105,000 ($28,586) for a single location; royalty fees are five percent of gross sales, paid monthly.

Meuleman says Mambo Pizza entered the UAE to “meet the shortage of high quality pizza outlets in the country.” The company has three units in Nice, on the French Riviera.

Mambo Pizza’s Dubai location is at Jumerah Lakes Towers.
