Dubai-based NEAH Global Energy Solutions (GES) said Monday its affiliates have taken over the debt and equity stake in Quemic Ghana Pty. 

GES, which offers logistics, power generation and security management for global energy and critical organizational assets, plans to expand its services and delivery in Ghana after consolidating and rebranding Quemic Ghana Pty into an affiliate company.

Business sectors that GES concentrates on include power generation and infrastructure, maritime, aviation, ground logistics and security, emergency medical services and wildlife management. 

GES will use its first mover advantages for integrated africa logistics and risk mitigation by growing its commercial business lines throughout Africa.
