GOVERNMENT OF QATAR: Kahramaa to Close Down Industrial Area Service Center

Government of Qatar issued the following announcement on April 8.

The Customer Service Centre of Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” in the Industrial Area is being closed from April 19 onwards, it has been announced.

Customers, currently using the facility in the Industrial Area can now visit any of the other KAHRAMAA service centers in Msheireb, Al Khor, Salwa and the main branch in Al Hilal. KAHRAMAA service centers receive customers between Sundays and Thursdays, from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. Customers can also visit KAHRAMAA offices at in the government service complexes.

The corporation has asked customers to avail of the smart services available on its websiteand mobile application (Google Play or App Store) to complete their services and requested them to visit KAHRAMAA service centers only in case of an urgent requirement.
