GOVERNMENT OF QATAR: MOEHE Opens Registration for Scholarships to School Employees

Government of Qatar issued the following announcement on June 26.

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) announced that registration is now open for Qatari employees in public schools to resume their education and receive scholarships during the academic year 2018/2019.

The Human Resources Department at MOEHE affirmed, in a circular distributed to public school principals and of which Al Rayah obtained a copy – that this procedure comes to realize the goals of the ministry as regards raising the efficiency of the Qatari employee and providing the necessary support for those wishing to resume their education in all grades, starting the school to university ones and the post-graduate studies, in accordance with defined terms and mechanism.

The ministry further clarified that admission for pre-university grades, scholarships and studying at one’s own expense are all available to the Qatari employees in public schools, noting that admission will be online via the MOEHE website on the specified dates.
