Government of Qatar issued the following announcement on July 4.
Qatar Rail has renewed its certification to three international management system standards. The successfully-renewed certification includes the ISO 9001:2015 for Quality, ISO 14001:2015 for Environment and OHSAS 14001:2007 for Occupational Health and Safety, respectively.
Qatar Rail announced, yesterday, at a press conference that this recognizes its continued commitment to meeting world class standards in Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Sustainability.
This accolade was a result of the management systems audits performed by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) in March 2018.
