GSE Systems Inc., a global energy services solutions provider, has announced

Executive Vice President Paul Abbot and Chief Engineer Oliver Tsaoi made a presentation Tuesday called “Total Training Solution – Entry2Expert” when they attended the third annual China Nuclear Training & Simulation Forum.

The presentation featured a discussion of the company’s

Entry2Expert (E2E) training solution. This technique is a novel, comprehensive approach that optimizes talent management throughout the nuclear power industry. The E2E solution will assist in solving various staffing challenges that the nuclear industry faces.

Through training and simulation technologies during the selection and screening process of employee hiring, workforce development, engineering controls, plant operations and process controls, staff in the nuclear industry will have the ability to select better employees for the company’s purposes.

“Given the growing pipeline of new power plants expected to launch in China, there is tight competition for new talent,” Abbott said. “The E2E approach enables organizations to transform employees from inexperienced entry-level workers to problem-solving experts quickly and effectively.”

The event was hosted by the Intercontinental Shanghai Puxi Hotel in China.
