Oil and gas industry support provider Halul Offshore Services Company, a subsidiary of Milaha, won the prestigious Seatrade “Offshore Marine Award for Owners & Operators” in Dubai Monday at the

Seatrade Maritime Awards Ceremony.

Milaha’s President and CEO Abdulrahman Essa Al-Mannai said the company is honored to have been recognized by Seatrade and the maritime community.

“Halul is an integral part of our group’s vision to become a globally recognized player in the maritime services sector, and its success is a recognition for the entire group,” Al-Mannai said.

Halul’s CEO Vivek Seth, who received the award, said the recognition by Seatrade would not have been possible without the concerted efforts of the team at Halul.

“I am confident that Halul will be able to continue its success story in the future,” Seth said.

This is the second time Halul has been honored with the award since 2013. The award recognizes the company’s operational and financial success despite the current challenges in the offshore marine services market.

The Seatrade Maritime Awards is in its twelfth year of operation and was attended by more than 800 leaders and senior executives from the maritime sector.
