Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE) has announced plans to organize several events in 2016, including the Gulf Industry Fair, iTech Industry, gulfBID, Gulf Interiors and Gulf Property Show.

The announcements were made this week at the Domain Hotel in Bahrain.

“The exhibitions industry is not a passive partner in the growth of the national economy of the kingdom of Bahrain,” HCE Managing Director Jubran Abdulrahman said. “Everything that we do as a company and through the companies that take advantage of our marketing platforms at the exhibitions has both direct and indirect economic implications for the residents of Bahrain.”

The 2016 events will see the implementation of a number of new features.

“Our virtual exhibition provides added-value, 12-month extra exposure to a global audience,” HCE Exhibitions Director Ahmed Suleiman said. “Visitors to the exhibition’s site can see a video tour of the company and its product range and also access company’s e-profiles.”

The HCE will also offer a slate of complementary programs, conferences and workshops to run with the Gulf Industry Fair and iTech Industry.

“By running alongside the Gulf Industry Fair, Itech Industry will have a targeted audience of exhibitors and visitors,” Suleiman said.

HCE’s 2016 events will focus on a number of established and emerging sectors in the Gulf Cooperation Council, Abdulrahman added.
