The first shipment of the HL40 display was launched March 15 as part of a three-year distribution agreement between Provision Interactive Technologies Inc. and AOTEX SARL.

The three-year distribution agreement between the two companies could provide placement of as many as 100 units during its first year. AOTEX SARL produces for the countries of Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and is the Middle East distributor for Provision Interactive Technologies Inc.

“AOTEX will first receive our HL40, which is our largest holographic display unit with a 40-inch diagonal screen,” Provision President and CEO Curt Thornton said. “It goes without saying that the Middle East could be a very important market for us. We are working closely with AOTEX SARL to help grow our combined footprint. We have also had preliminary discussions with distributors in China, which could be our largest market after the U.S.”

AOTEX is creating a promotional campaign spotlighting Provision’s 3D digital media solutions, which deliver inspiring and visually appealing 3D POP promotions for an assortment of products in several different venues. The sales and marketing campaign will begin running in Provision’s Middle East region, particularly in the largest markets of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.

“We are enthusiastic distribution partners with Provision because we see huge potential in harnessing the power of Provision technology to promote major regional and international brands,” Ali Osman, general manager of AOTEX, said. “There is a great deal of excitement in our market for this revolutionary product.”
