Twelve officers and employees of the Human Resources Directorate General were recently honored by the Abu Dhabi Police with Employment Excellence Medals.
The recipients were lauded by Brigadier Gen. Obaid Salem Al Ketbi, director general of human resources. Al Ketbi noted the honorees were selected on the basis of outstanding accomplishments, and their contributions to encouraging and boosting the spirit of creativity and constructive innovation in police work.
The awards were presented at the headquarters of the Directorate General of Human Resources earlier this week.
Among those honored were seven officers who had achieved the rank of captain, in addition to one first lieutenant, a first warrant officer and three civilian staff members.
The honorees said the medals motivated them to exert further efforts in the service of their country.
