Bahrain’s Impact Estate and Impact Interiors displayed

a rich selection of furniture and accessories complementing the firms’ distinctive architecture at the recent 2016
Gulf Property Show at Bahrain’s International Exhibition and Convention
Center in Manama.

“We are excited to offer new projects in the best
district of Bahrain to our clients,” Impact Estate General Manager Oksana
A.K. said. “Even though Bahrain is very attractive in terms of property
investments, some buyers are looking for real estate outside of the kingdom.
Now, with our new international projects, we can cater to a wider specter of
clientele.”

The affiliated companies function in concert, with the interiors
branch furnishing products for its architectural projects. Two residential construction
projects by Impact Estate are currently underway in Bahrain’s desirable Amwaj district,
both scheduled for completion by the end of July.

In addition to its two ongoing sites, Modern Residence 2 and
Rayyan Residence, Impact Estate has plans for a variety of developments in
Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool in the United Kingdom, with housing ranging from
buy-to-lease to affordable student quarters.
