INJAZ Al Arab, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating work opportunities for young individuals in the Arab World, recently teamed up with Alghanim Industries for the eighth annual MENA Training event.

The regional workshop brought together INJAZ staff members from its 14 member nations in the Middle East and North Africa region to share best practices and approaches when it comes to things such as international and external communication, curriculum development, the implementation of programs and leadership.

Members of Alghanim Industries’ senior management team helped train CEOs and deputy CEOs from INJAZ member nations. Evan Glassett, senior HR manager of leadership development at Alghanim Industries, presented a session on how CEOs and deputy CEOs can get the most out of their team through influential leadership.

Other sessions at the MENA Training event included strategies to recruit and retain volunteers, the importance of digital marketing, and how to improve student learning.

“It was a privilege to be part of such a valuable and mind opening training session that brings together top professionals from different industries,” INJAZ-Kuwait CEO Rana Al Nibari said. “The knowledge and skill sharing delivers an inspirational wave of energy that helps us develop our approach and deliver better results.”
