Kuwait Qatar Insurance Company recently announced the launch of
Insurance-On-Call, a new service from its retail arm, QIC Insured.

The new
service allows customers to call or visit a website to schedule meetings with
QIC Insured personal insurance specialists, who then assist with all motor
insurance needs.

The service was built to provide added convenience and
efficiency for consumers. It will deliver advice and assistance, helping
customers pick comprehensive car insurance.

“We’ve been running our self-service online platform
successfully for long, providing customers with an easy-to-use and very fast
and convenient way of buying and renewing insurances; however, we found that
some of our customers feel a need for personal meeting to better being able to
select the right covers,” Salem Al Mannai, group president and CEO of QIC – MENA region, said. “With the Insurance-on-Call, this can now be offered as
easy as the online services; right in your home whenever, or wherever, you
would need it.”

Al Mannai stated that the service demonstrates QIC’s passion
for innovation. He believes Insurance-On-Call is a testament to the company’s
goal of making customer priorities and preferences come first.
