Intellect wins three Asian Banker Awards

Intellect Design Arena Ltd. received three honors at the 2015 Asian Banker Awards for its work as digital technology specialists in the banking sector.

was named the Best Single Country Core Banking Implementation in both the Middle East and African regions. It also was awarded the Best Multi-Channel Implementation in the Middle East Award.

“Helping banks go Digital is at the core of our strategy and these awards will encourage us to strive even harder to make our customers successful in their GO-Digital endeavors,” Jaideep Billa, CEO of Intellect’s Global Consumer Banking (iGCB) division, said. “Digitalization to us means helping banks and financial institutions empower their customers to not just take informed decisions in real time but also to execute actions in real time and in the process opening up new revenue streams for banks. We will continue to innovate and bring to our customers superior Digital solutions built on our state-of-the-art Canvas and Hub technologies.”

The company’s single-country awards recognized the iGCB division and their work with the National Bank of Abu Dhabi in Egypt and the Consolidated Bank of Kenya Limited. The company’s Global Transaction Banking (iGTB) team was recognized with the multi-channel award with their work with Ahi Bank.
