The JustProperty.com platform, a real estate tool for
managing markets across the Middle East, recently announced it is expanding its
operations to Bahrain and Jordan.
This news is part of the quick emergence of JustProperty.com,
a product of the JRD Group, over the past six months. Prior to that, the
company had been operating in the Middle East for several years. As the JRD
Group website points out, the firm started to offer services in 2008, when, “the UAE was just starting its internet revolution.”
JRD operates JustProperty.com along with other regional
services such as JustRentals.com, which covers more than 45,000 rental
properties within the UAE, and PropSpace CRM, a leading customer relationship
management tool for the real estate industry.
Aggregating property listings for both
residential and commercial properties, JustProperty.com showcases all of these
results to online shoppers. Users can take a look at listings, and contact
agents or sellers through e-mail.
“It’s intended to provide a use-friendly, reliable and
technically advanced property
search experience.” JRD Group CEO and Founding Partner Alex Nicholas told
the Gulf News Journal.
Nicholas said the real estate portal will work in Bahrain
and Jordan the same way it does in the other countries.
“We will
continue to add new features in line with user preferences.” Nicholas said.
Offering
these real estate services across larger parts of the Middle East, company
leaders assert, follows a determined investment in research and a commitment to
the region and its property markets.
“We are a forerunner among Middle East
real estate portals, and we believe in bringing that same great property search
experience to other parts of MENA, with the advanced property search tools
that folks in the UAE know and love.” Nicholas
said. “It’s what spurred us to launch in Qatar and Saudi Arabia late last year. … For
us, Bahrain and Jordan offer compelling growth prospects and lack a distinct
leader in terms of the online property search market, making them attractive
locations to launch in. As we expand our presence across MENA, it will bring us
closer to our stakeholders, keeping us in tune with user needs so that we can
continuously innovate new ways for people to effectively find that perfect home
or office.”
That
commitment, Nicholas
said, is long term. JRD Group leaders are excited about making both of these
new markets permanent parts of operations.
“(Bahrain
and Jordan), much like the UAE, are also in the midst of a ‘soft’ market, yet
this cycle, like in the past, will too pass.” Nicholas said. “The leadership and governance
in these countries is both institutionally strong and forward-thinking and there
continues to be distinct, measured growth in these markets. We see
opportunity ahead, and believe in entering these markets now, in order to
capitalize on them in the future.”
