Jumeirah Group closes deal for third tower at Marina Gate in Dubai

Hospitality company Jumeirah Group recently secured a contract with Select Group to manage 508 properties at the Marina Gate development in Dubai.

Jumeirah will develop 104 serviced apartments, 389 branded residences and 15 villas in the development’s third tower. The complex will offer an infinity pool, a gym, a lounge and a business center.

Marina Gate will appeal to residents looking for a truly distinctive lifestyle and is a fantastic addition to our global hospitality portfolio.”

The Marina Gate development is a luxury housing project a the entrance to the Duabi Marina. The three residential towers are connected by walkways lined with more than 50 retail stores and a variety of amenities. The complex is marketed primarily at young professionals and families interested in waterfront living.

Jumeirah’s component of the development is expected to open by fall of 2019.
