Kia Motors recently performed its 2015 World Service Advisor Competition; this was the fifth edition of the event, which aims to improve Kia’s client satisfaction overseas.

The biennial competition, held in Seoul, Korea, for the third time, identifies the best service advisors among the 5,500 dealer network from the company. Countries from all over the Middle East and Africa have participated in the global aftersales competition including Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman and South Africa.

“Kia’s World Service Advisor Competition offers a unique opportunity for our aftersales teams from the Middle East and Africa to share ideas and insights, and be inspired by other participants from Kia’s global service network to continually improve their capabilities in the long term,” Kia Motors Middle East and Africa President Alex Chung said.

In 2015, Al Majid Motors, a distributor in UAE, won the Silver Award, while Reliable International Automotive LLC, Kia’s distributor in Oman, won the Bronze award. Contestants were challenged by written and practical tests throughout the five-day event, to ensure they deliver the best possible levels of customer service.
