Kleptika and Contextor have signed a VAR (value-added reseller) partnership that
aims to help businesses in the Middle East speed up their operation practices.

Kleptika is a customer experience solutions specialist based
in Dubai, while Contextor is the European leader in Robotic Process Automation
Solution and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA).

“The aim of the partnership is to help Middle East
businesses expedite core operational processes through automation, ultimately
improving the end user experience and strengthening the bottom line for
businesses,” Thierry Petrens, Managing Partner at Kleptika, said.

Contextor will use its proven international track record to
deliver RDA that maximizes efficiency, reduces costs, increases flexibility,
enhances accuracy and maintains consistency for Kleptika clients. Prior to
this deal, Contextor had worked with companies in the banking, insurance,
energy, retail and telecommunications industries.

“The USP of Contextor is its ability to adapt to any
environment, without accessing applications via APIs,” Luc Cavelier, VP Export,
Contextor said. “Meaning a rollover in three months instead of the endless IT
headaches you would typically foresee when implementing RDA solutions.
Contextor is a desktop solution that works with virtually any type of
application without a single modification.”
